Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TTR Holidays, we understand that plans can change. Whether it's a change of heart or an unexpected life event, we aim to make our refund process as transparent and straightforward as possible. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
Refund amounts are determined by the timing of your cancellation notice prior to the scheduled departure date. Standard cancellation charges are as follows:
Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Fee (Per Person)
30 Days or more Booking Deposit / 15% of Total Package Cost
15 to 29 Days 30% of Total Package Cost
7 to 14 Days 60% of Total Package Code
Less than 7 Days 100% of Total Package Cost (No Refund)
Note: For certain peak-season bookings (Festivals, New Year, etc.) or specialized luxury cruises/trains, 100% cancellation charges may apply regardless of when the cancellation is made.
2. Non-Refundable Components
Certain costs incurred by TTR Holidays are non-recoverable from third-party vendors and are therefore non-refundable:
- Flight Tickets: Refundable only as per the specific Airline’s Policy (plus a service fee).
- Visa Fees: Once applied for, visa fees are 100% non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Our administrative and consultation fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Insurance: Travel insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once the policy is issued.
3. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Currency: Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction. Any losses due to currency fluctuations are the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Cancellation by TTR Holidays
In the rare event that TTR Holidays must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient group numbers), we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund of all amount paid.
- A Credit Shell/Voucher to be used for a future trip within 12 months.

6. Force Majeure
TTR Holidays shall not be liable to pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by "Force Majeure" (circumstances amounting to an Act of God, war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, or similar events beyond our control).
