Welcome to TTR Holidays.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any travel services or packages from TTR Holidays. By accessing our website or booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing. A booking is only considered

confirmed once TTR Holidays issues a written confirmation and the required deposit or full

payment has been received. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify all details on the

confirmation receipt immediately upon receipt.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to

make timely payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking. We accept

payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and authorized digital wallets. Any transaction fees

incurred are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour package, airline, or hotel provider.

General guidelines include:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Subject to a service fee plus any

non-refundable supplier costs.

Cancellations made within 15-29 days: 50% of the total package cost is typically non-

refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days or "No-shows": 100% non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 working days after receiving a written

cancellation request.

4. Travel Insurance

TTR Holidays strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of baggage.

TTR Holidays is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by insurance.

5. Passport and Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (usually with at least 6

months validity remaining) and the necessary visas for their destination. TTR Holidays may

provide guidance, but the ultimate responsibility for entry requirements lies with the traveler.

6. Limitation of Liability

TTR Holidays acts as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport

companies). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay caused by the acts

or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the

arrangements of the tour.

7. Force Majeure

TTR Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results

from "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes,

government restrictions, or pandemics.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with

these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
